As I discussed in my earlier article. (https://www.splintertalk.io/@axrho/spt-multiple-income-streams-from-one-token) SPT can generate multiple streams of income from just one Token. The first is AD points which, within Splinterlands, generates SPS- a different Token.
The second stream of income is through Staking your Tokens and voting on articles, here on SplinterTalk- this generates daily SPT tokens for you.
Many people aren't interested in actively looking through articles and voting on them but still want that additional income from their Tokens. The way to do that is through Delegation.

Delegating SPT Tokens

The process to delegate your Tokens is just a simple as the process of Staking them- it's just one more step.
FIRST you have to stake your SPT, you do this by clicking the "Lock" icon to the right of your tokens, on Hive-Engine.
Once your SPT is Staked, now you just have to take the additional step of delegating them. After you have staked your SPT- 2 new icons will appear next to your tokens. The first is an 'Unlock' icon, which will allow you to Unstake your SPT.
The second icon is a "<-->" this is for delegating your Staked SPT. Clicking that button brings up a new window to complete the transaction. in that window you will see to lines to fill out "To" and "Amount".

In the "To" box you put an Account Name.

There are several good ones to put there:
@monster-curator is a popular one- they are actively managed and pick out quality Splinterlands articles to vote on.
@spt-curate is another good one- again, actively managed and they vote on articles directly relating to SPT.
In the "Amount" box you just put in how much of your Stake you want to delegate to that account then click "Delegate SPT" at the bottom of the window and you're done.

Now, everytime they pick out an article to vote on- you do too!
Everytime they pick out an article to vote on- you get paid!

A friend delegated 500 SPT to @monster-curator a few days ago and in the the past 2 days he's received .65 SPT. It's a very fast turn-around and is paid directly to your Hive-Engine account.
