Dragon Deck for Gold 3+ for around 1k entry at todays prices

I recently got up over 100k power (123k to be exact) and decided at these prices it was worth it to DCA into some cheaper cards and try and reap the benefits of of Gold 3 and gold 2. I figured that dragon provided the most ultility and was the best splinter to start with when moving into a new league as it gave me the most expansive use of my other cards that were maxed out for silver play. My current buys at market prices

6x Quix the Devious at 32$ = 192$
6x Dragon Jumper at 100$ = 600
20x Djinn Chawala at 1$ = 20$
60x Naga Assassin at .30 = 18$
1x Creeping Ooze at $2.80
21 Serpatine Mystic at $2.49 = $52

I found quix to be nearly half the price of other summoners in this set which is odd to me considering he gives the most collection power and will have the least amount of print run as he is a legendary. Not only that, but he is a direct counter to the newest white summoner who provides +1 ranged. His -1 speed is what is most attractive though, which is why I think anyone running this summoner should also buy a cheap ooze and get your mystic to level 5 so he gets slow. With Quix + one of those two, you are at a +2 speed advantage which is the same as what Kitty gives you ($550 at lvl 1 bcx)

Chawala is a cheap and durable tank and again does not cost much, thorns is great in the first position and when he gets enrage he can hit for some serious damage, I also think he is in the floor at his current price and will 5x or more after print is finished.

Naga is a cheap 2 drop that with 5 speed and backfire provides a great chance to dodge and do extra damage mixed with this team, a very nice cheap add at this point and it is playable with other splinters.

Dragon Jumper is the bank breaker, but he is what wins this deck games. His speed, combined with flying, opportunity, and stun make him the best back liner on nearly any colored team. What is beautiful is as you build up your second splinter to gold, you will add even more versatility to either deck.

I am working on my second gold splinter now, let me know if you guys are interested in hearing about what splinter I thought had the best synergy with this deck. Obviously, 1k isnt cheap but if you have the power already I think this is a wonderful time to add to your card collection and continue your journey with a long term approach.
