New Rewards: Some Interesting Outcome

Recently, there have been a some major changes to the Splinterlands Game Economy and the rewards system. First of all, the year long airdrop is now OVER! I must say, it is probably the most fair and geuinely customer/player focused airdrop that I have seen! Now it is done, and I think so is the downward drop of the SPS price. Now there are less ways to get SPS, and therefore less SPS selling pressure will come to the market. This is a good news for the any long term investor. Second, there is now two separate ranked battles. Modern and Wild. Both is separate DEC reward pool. Then there is announcement of Riftwatcher edition of the cards in the recent townhall.

So with this backdrop, and to use my DEC, I bought 4800 more packs and opened 2000 packs to put together a new modern max deck. Trouble is, while it is easy to put together a CL deck, it is not easy to put together an untamed deck, simply some of those cards are too expensive! However, to make this deck, I was looking into a new service called https://splex.gg/. Mind you, it is a card rental service, and they didn't ask me to write this post. I didn't even use their rental services, not yet anyways, but as I was visiting their page, I saw they have some cool tools available that I was looking for ages!

Above is the stats for @tarazkp and @abh12345. They are both my friends and avid Splinterlands player in the Champions League. We are all too familiar with the bi-monthly grind of C2/C3 down from D2/D3 ... every season. I don't know how long we are doing this! Ash is doing it probably from the stone age! I, maybe a few years, and Taraz is the new guy here, but he usually ranks higher than both of us at EOS most times. What I always wanted to compare is how our season reward stack up and how we progress through the ladder game-by-game. I finally have the display from https://splex.gg/ ... click tools and then rating graph. Unfortunately it only show last 50 battles. I wish I can see the whole season, and then maybe all the past seasons! That would be awesome!

Yes, obviously I will show it! I am playing terrible this season, again, and I rank much lower than those two other guys!

If you play this game long enough, you know how the ranked battle works. Generally most of us climb, and then get stuck at a level. We might each other, win some loose some, but don't make any net gain. Then at some point, we break out of the rut and climb again. Then again we reach an upper threshold! I think I am on my final this season, and can settle for C-3!

While some pro players like @xawi, well her chart look different! You can easily understand the difference. Enjoy!
