Also totally not my experience i have used the discord and ticket system a few time always, decent response time with good answers.
I absolutely agree. I have had more success talking to the support than talking to some of my extended family! Lol!😂
I also agree. I've had several issues and the team was helping me almost immediately. One time it only took 5 minutes.
