While I couldn't have dreamed to see such prices for LAND, lately my mind is thinking that anything above $1,000 is a healthy price for it. The risk factor that I see if new land will be sold as while initially, they've said it will not be, lately in the AMA I see some incline to maybe have another sale for it, with or without SPS holders voting, although I think that would be imperative through the governance token.

I don't feel we would see another land sale for a long time. It wouldn't make sense to the first land sale that isn't even out yet. While it's very real the case that more could be added I see it as a governance vote as well.

As for governance:
Land owners majority me included would probably vote against having more land. Since those who hold the land also have quite a big SPS stake and voting power I think it would be hard to vote in new land sales...

But who knows. If the game keeps growing at this pace we could see a shift in governance as millions of small SPS stakes could counter the whale votes.
