With the new burning mechanics for Rebellion, I think the price including second market will hold up quite high. Compared to that Chaos Legion at under $1 is quite undervalued even if it has a crazy supply. Maybe due to this gap, CL will appreciated over time, even I've lost hope on that.

You're right, rebellion will always do better than CL and this is frankly because of the mechanisms set in place to ensure that. CL at 1$ is unbelievably low and it's so sad to see that it's like this at the moment.
