I think orders not executed might be due to low liquidity and also because the Hive-Engine doesn't display the amounts with full precision so 50 HIVE can also mean 49.999 or so and others got executed before you. This is happening to me when I try to exchange something, I put the order based on the given price and the order remains open due to rounding. That would be my guess..

The high was above 50. It was 50.54. So it should have been executed. Anyway, there are also the 35 and 40 Hive orders which didn't get executed yet. All three set on Oct 18th, before the ATH so far. Personally I can't find a reason for this except for some bugs.
