7 to 60 Chests in one week

The season ends in a couple of hours and what started as one of the worst season since I decided to hunt Silver chests has turned out to be better than I expected. I didn't hit the highs I typically reach but I also didn't finish the season as low as I envisioned I would.

After grinding for what felt like an eternity in the bronze league, I started grinding in the Silver league when there were just 7 days to go in the season. At that point in the season, I had only managed to reach around 7 Silver chests from the bronze league, so you can understand why my expectations were low for the end-of-season reward.

Fast forward to today, and I'm up to 60 Silver chests and could potentially even add a few more before the season ends in a couple of hours. This has given me some hope in what has largely been a very frustrating season.

Finding consistency

I have to admit that I could have done more to break away from the Bronze league, at the start of the season. The frustration of constantly getting beaten in bronze league with monsters that are far weaker than mine made me lose interest in brawling.

So, at the start of the season, I was rage quitting daily after a couple of successive losses. Assuming I calmed down and soldiered through, I would have actually gotten out of bronze hell much earlier than I did but that's life.

After a while, I decided to dig deep and eventually force my way out of Bronze hell. This was immediately followed by a surge to the Silver 1 league where I currently reside.

At the time of writing, my rating actually makes me eligible for Gold 2 but I intend to continue stacking silver chests next season, so I won't be climbing up the rank.

Anyway, getting silver chests required a high level of consistency. This consistency turned out to be even more rewarding than I expected, as I ended up stacking a decent number of the new soul-bound reward monsters.

The consistency was blended with an efficient energy capture rate system that enabled me to maximise my daily quests and stack a lot more rating points than I expected. This is basically how I was able to finish the season where I did and I have to say, it is
