Do you get questions about the metaverse?

Yesterday, my cousin hit me up after seeing my WhatsApp status to quiz me about the metaverse.

He's good people and someone a I frequently share crypto information with. We usually have long conversations about investment, tax and all that stuff. He's also an American citizen but that's a story for another day.

Anyway, we got to talking and I naturally pointed him towards Splinterlands. I told him that we're building a metaverse on Splinterlands and could front run the market by owning assets in the game.

He seemed a little bit interested, and then pressed further for more details, to which I told him about cheap cards in the game.

I told him that with a few cents, he could also own assets in the game. I didn't want to make it seem too obvious but my plan is to onboard him to hive and then let him explore on his own.

When Metaverse?
Earlier this year, metaverse tokens were the talk of the town. Assets like Mana from decentralized were rapidly rising, particularly in relation to Facebook's rebranding to "Meta".

I'm still not sure why people even assumed there was a connection between a centralised empire that steals your data and decentralized ecosystems backed by their various communities. Yet they did.

Anyway, there's so much work going into various metaverse projects and it's going to be next leg in the evolution of the internet.

We're talking next level gaming, advertisement and even hook ups. The metaverse looks certain to change all that.

Splinterlands is one of the few projects that are geared towards creating a metaverse platform. I always encourage people to get involved as soon as possible.

Sometimes next year, the Splinterlands expansion will kick into gear. When things start unfolding, I can only wonder how the space is going to look like.

I wonder how it'll affect the price other assets like cards, DEC, SPS and other related tokens. I also wonder how they'll be used within the expanded game.

Keep stacking
All I can say is what I've been saying since and that's to continue stacking assets.

It's going to be crunch time soon and you don't want to be left out.

I'm doing the most to accumulate as many tokens as possible. Some monsters that I listed on the market already got picked up and the DEC will be held for SPS airdrop.

Now all I need is for DEC to pump aggressive, so I can take some profit and move it to credits. In any case, stack first and ask questions later.
