GLX pump, Town hall and other thoughts

One of the hardest parts about liquidating my crypto asset is figuring out which asset I want to sell and which one will stay. I am trying to keep everything in equilibrium as much as possible but sometimes, I wonder if I even need to bother.

Prior to today, I had already cut my losses with Cub and moved most of it to GLX. Now, I'm only a few hours away from my first GLX power down and I have to say, the nerves are really jangling.

On a positive note, the price of GLX token actually got a gentle boost in the past couple of hours climbing up above 1 cent. Now, it is really not much of a big deal but could this range be the new trading pattern?

In the past, GLX hovered around the 1.5 cents range and periodically dropped to the 1.2 cents range. Now, the price has been hovering between 0.009 and 0.011, so it begs the question.

I don't think 0.009 is the absolute floor value because I suspect there's some more pain on the horizon. However, I believe $0.009 will be the local bottom for a couple of weeks.

Town hall meeting effect

There's a town hall meeting on the 19th of May if I'm not mistaken. The announcement on the Genesis League Sports discord channel doesn't actually highlight what the meeting will be about but we can presume it will be about the launch of the game.

Other than the launch of Genesis League Goals, there will probably be other developments in the game that will be announced and in my opinion, this could have an immediate effect on the price of GLX token.

In fact, I suspect that the current minor pump that GLX experienced in the past couple of hours could also be related to the upcoming town hall meeting. Investors are probably holding a decent chunk of tokens liquid and waiting to pounce on any news that we get on the 19th of May.

At the time of writing, there's a healthy balance between staked and unstaked GLX token, with nearly 40m tokens swinging in favour of staked. So, we know that there's a net positive sentiment about the prospect of GLX token and Genesis League Sports as a whole.

I believe that the town hall meeting in the coming days will go a long way in influencing the path that the token takes in the coming days. Anything other than good news could lead to a short-term dump that will almost certainly adversely influence investors' perceptions.
