I just want to say thank you
It's a quiet Sunday and the power has been out since yesterday evening. I spent time with the wife, talking and just reflecting about different stuff in life.
This morning, I decided to turn on the backup generator, to charge all our devices. Being away from all the devices, including TV and Playstation cuts me off from the entire world, and it's therapeutic in its own way.
Thanks to that, I also had the opportunity to personally reflect on my life and how things are with me right now. I looked at our financial situation and I felt so much gratitude for everything that's happened so far.
I still try to live a simple life, and just get only the things I think I need. I also get a few wants because what is life without spice, but it's nothing over the top.
It has been an amazing journey and I just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported me through out the years. Thanks to all your support and kindness, I've been able to grow as a person, and that has dramatically improved every aspect of my life.
I don't consider myself special and deep down, sometimes I wonder why I get support from people. All I know is that with every passing day that I earn from splinterlands, I know that my journey wouldn't have been so smooth if @penderis didn't lease all those cards to me or if @kennethbosak didn't gift me the spellbook voucher on Twitter.
Where would I be without @trumpman, @jphamer1, @forexbrokr, @edicted, @taskmaster4450 @lordbutterfly, @nforcer48, @hodlcommunity, @leofinance, @singhcapital, the OCD crew, The curie crew, Comedyopenmic crew, and all the other awesome people that have curated me over the years?
I appreciate the upvotes from everyone that takes out time to support my content and I promise I'll keep improving to make you proud.
Still a long way to go
Every day is an opportunity to learn something new and become a better version of yourself. I always try to pick up new tricks along the way that could improve me and what I have to offer.
Despite our plans to relocate, which looks certain to consume a decent chunk of our resources, I have still been investing in various platforms. So, yeah, I'll be cashing out to stables but I'll also be stacking coins. I'm going to stay the course, block out the noise and continue growing.

Some times is good to rest at home. Relocating to another place is not bad, that's good. Investing on different altcoin and Crypto currency are good because that's your shells you are saving.

Reflecting is good sometimes, it helps to a large extent. You get to address things or situations you're going through. But I'm wondering how you were able to cut off from tv, I know the mobile phone easily replaces tv sha but it's still kinda hard especially when you have a wife, doesn't she put on the tv to catch up on some of her favorite programs and then maybe you get tempted to watch football or something that really draws your attention.
Omg how can you stay away from your playstation??..well, it can get tiring sometimes but men its a real temptation.
I'm sure you deserve all the support you got one way or the other. Even if you didn't deserve it, being part of hive and contributing to it's growth is reason enough to get all the love in the world. I'm glad you got people that are willing to support you every step of the way. My journey on hive has barely started but they're still people who show me a lot of support and I'm hoping to be able to support a lot of people in the near future.
I like the discipline and determination you've shown, keep it up bro.. you'll get way bigger soon.
