My Splinterlands Season So Far: Frontier vs Modern
Hello Splinterlands players, how are you? I hope your season is going well. My season is going well, I wouldn't say that well, but I am doing a lot of battles due to which I am getting to learn a lot but there is no improvement in my ranking, which is a bit sad. There are about 7 days and 21 hours left for the season to end. I hope your season goes well and you are able to collect maximum rewards and achieve a good ranking. Actually, I had planned to share a battle today but no interesting battle could happen due to which I will not be able to share any battle today, I am sorry for that, please forgive me.
Through Just Post, I will share with you the ranking of my friend and modern and its win rate and some other things.
Frontier -
I mostly play Frontier mode and I like it a lot because here you get very good rewards. One thing I like about it and one bad thing is that there are limited cards here and you have to keep trying some strategy or the other due to which sometimes you win the battle but sometimes it can be easily predicted. Many people use different types of strategies but sometimes we all play with the same type of strategy because we keep winning continuously. And suddenly it happens that you lose continuously due to which you get very disappointed, this is what happens with me, then I go towards Modern xd. Actually, I do a lot of battles here as compared to Modern. Because here you get good chests by winning 15 battles daily, which you can use later or anytime today.
You can see my seasonal win rate is hovering around 46. I've had a few instances today where I've already started a battle, but for some reason, I wasn't able to make a team, which has ruined many of my battles, significantly impacting my win rate. Currently, my rank is 453, and it's proving difficult to climb higher. Let's see, there's still plenty of time. I hope I can improve my ranking by the end of the season.
Modern -:
And if you talk about Modern, I'm currently in Silver 1 and have been there for quite some time. Even after getting very close to Gold 3, I'm coming back because the battles are getting more intense and there are some amazing cards to see here. And looking at them, I'm tempted to buy them too, but they seem quite costly, which is why I don't want to make any kind of investment right now. Look, there are a lot of cards in my list I have them noted down and I hope to buy them gradually. It will not be easy to buy them all at once, but I will try to buy them gradually. This will improve my battle a lot. Yes, it will be good if I rent a few cards in the next season, but after that I will have to play continuously, let's see what happens.
If you see my win rate here, it is around 53, which was 64 a few days ago. I told you that this will decrease further by the end of the season. My ranking is currently 142. I hope I can improve my rank here too, let's see what happens. The best thing I think about Modern is that yes, you get SPS and glint tokens, both of which are quite useful. Right now I'm checking whatever I'm earning. After the season is over, I'll use some glint tokens and make some purchases.
