Splinterlands Progress Report: Can I Reach Diamond This Season?
Hello Splinterlands players, how are you? I hope your season is going well. There are still about 9 days and 22 hours left for the season to end. I was busy at work and haven't been able to do many battles, but things are going well, which I'm happy about. I haven't collected that many rewards, nor have my rankings improved that much. There's still a lot of time left, I hope by then I'll be able to improve my ranking and I'll have a good season here, which was going much better than the last two seasons, so let's see what happens. Today through this post I will share with you all my Frontier Modern and Wild. I hope you will like it and you must share your thoughts in the comment section below.
Actually, I had not played wild format for a long time but this time I decided to play it because all my cards were going best but now I will calculate whether I am getting any profit by playing wild or not, if I do not get any profit then maybe I will stop playing again, right now I have a few DECs, maybe I will play more in one or two seasons, let's see what happens.
Frontier -:
So friends let's start from Frontier. Currently my ranking in Frontier is 2280. And I am currently in Gold Second. I hope to reach Gold First by the end of the season or even Diamond. Let's see what happens. For that I might have to buy some more cards. If I have to buy some new cards then I will because the higher your ranking, the better your battles will be. Because in other leagues you will find some amazing players with whom it will be a matter of great pride to complete. So let's see what happens, there is still time left.
My win rate in Frontier is currently 43, and I'm ranked 243 on the leaderboard. The competition is probably going to be quite intense here. Since I do a lot of battles, my ranking fluctuates a lot. By the end of the first season, I think I'll probably be around 50. Let's see what happens next.
Modern -:
If I talk about Modern, I am currently in Silver 3 and I hope to reach Gold 3, which is a long time away for now. My ranking here is currently 1280. I have also started playing Wild format, so it is becoming more difficult to maintain energy. Let's see what happens. I actually play Model a lot because the rewards there are much better, which is why I enjoy playing it even more, but due to buying the Wild format pass, I have been able to play Modern much less this time. Now I'm going to come up with a make-or-break strategy and see how that works so I don't have to worry so much about energy.
If I talk about win ratio, my win ratio is 54, and my ranking on the leaderboard isn't anything high right now, as I'll probably have to move up significantly. There's still a lot of time before all seasons end, so I hope I can improve my ranking a little. We'll see what happens. Last season, I was really good, but I probably could have done better in Silver 1, but I'm back in Silver 3, which is making it a little difficult for me to move up.
Wild -:
So now let's talk about wild format. In wild format I started from rank 500, now I have reached and I even went above 700 but right now it is getting a bit difficult to complete here. Because here you get opponents with a lot of Max cards because mostly old cards are also used here which everyone else used to max a lot. There is a bit of difficulty in doing this for the computer. But I hope that by the end of the season, Silver might reach third or second, these are my only apprehensions, let's see what happens next.
Currently my win rate here is around 45 and my ranking on the leaderboard is 61. I hope I will improve my ranking because yes, you get quite good rewards as well. My ranking was a bit good at the beginning of the season but now it has dropped because gradually the battles are getting more heavy which leads to ups and downs in the ranking.

You can't reach diamond in frontier mode, gold 1 is max league and you already have max rewards for making daily quests. You can still get advancement rewards for gold 1 🤠

You can check button leagues and you will see all possible leagues and divisions in this format. Last season I had over 3k rating, which should be diamond in modern, but not in frontier top players here have over 6k rating at last day of season and they are still gold 1 👊

The highest you can get in frontier ranked battles is GOLD 1.And when you push very well,you get end of season reward from rating 3,740 and above.
It can be really challenging and intense.
My main reason of playing frontier ranked battles is to collect the daily 3packs that contains 15 foundation cards at that high level and at times pull a promo card (2%) chance. Then I upgrade them to a certain level and sell them for DEC.Because 90% of my foundation cards are fully maxed( units and archons). Good luck @bhattg

First of all I'm really sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you are recovering well and taking enough time to rest. Your health is far more important than any ranking or rewards, so don't push yourself too hard. Even with the setback you have managed to make decent progress this season, which is impressive. I am also experimenting a lot and seeing you do the same in the Frontier is exciting, hehe. I do not play Modern though. It was interesting to read about your progress and strategy.
