How's it going Splinterfans!

Am super excited to be sharing my first victory battles on splinterlands, with lots of tutorials I have read and watched I think am beginning to get a feel on this new Splinterlands rebellion adventure.

Anyway, here goes my favorite battle of the week and am just gonna share with ya'll what I learnt

Its amazing to find out what more folks can do with the starter cards, one can really get the ball rolling on splinterlands.

Ruleset

there aint no ruleset for this battle, its complicated but yet simple and straight, cause it has lot of rounds.

The mana cost was 23 I had to pick wisely and importantly, I choose 4 monsters in the water element including one neutral, my opponent did the same but with 5 monsters.

I have always read in other Splinterfans post to always pick a tank healer when going into battle, since this is an average manner cost battle I had to go with Merdaali Guardian in the water element.

However am surprised she did great though defending ulundin, didnt expect it from a low mana cost.

ROUND 1: Flying Squid Vz Ulundin

Ulundin was just getting all flying squid attention,. He didnt attack back but was taking all the hit.

I guess he is acting like a distraction taking away flying squid attention, so as to buy his men time to attack the opponent throwing the punches.

Round 2 &3:

Have heard stories about Mar Toren Seeker, and picking him for this battle was so worth it. Mar was just the attacker here and he did a pretty good job attacking so well.

He has been dealing with Kulu drastically in round 1, and in round 2 its just so amazing how he finishes him off. Hats off for him.

Round 3 however was short and to the point, no death just the beginning of rotational attacks.

Round 4.............13

Well I aint gonna waste any more time on this battle, Round 4 however was a rotational series between My opponents Tanker, Ulundin, Mar Toren, and Merdaali Guardian.

Actually here is whats going, Monster In my opponents tank position, focus on attacking Ulundin who doesnt care of course. Mar Toren attacks them in return and Merdaalli heals Ulundin from damages gotten from the attacks.

This series actually lasted till Round 13 When Mar Finished off the last tanker standing.

Summary

I guess its true what other splinterfans said and wrote that picking a tank healer does pay off in the long run
