Holla Splinters

This week was filled with lots of reward cards release and I was really all up on X Just finding new cards to review on. For what is worth, I think I enjoyed every topic about the new Rebellion reward card.

So lets get back to business on what we learnt from our battles this week.

Ruleset

The ruleset was simple "Odds one out" I got a 22 mana cost to work with and I decided to duplicate one of the teams my opponent used in wooping my ass, luckily it worked

I went with monsters in the earth splinter, my opponent however went with the fire splinter.

My Monsters

Summoner/ MonsterAbilities
Obsidian
Hill Giant
Regal PerytonFlying
Blackmoor NymphImmunity
Blackmoor TrickstarClose Range
Vernari ScoutOpportunity

ROUND 1: Rumble!!!!

I basically wanted to see if I can win a battle without Moxian Rebel

So I gave blackmoor Nymph a try out.

I've been seeing lots of my opponents wooping my ass out with this monster, she has the immunity ability, Which means she is immune to negative status effect.

Round 1 was simple and brief. B.Trickstart took down Radiated scorcher, while Tenyii in my opponents tank, took down Morphoid.

Round 3--5_____

A lot of killings happened in-between Round 2 and 3. However, Trickster had me wondering, which of his abilities does the trick.

Looking at my opponents team from the start, one can predict I will win. I did though but what got me scared and double minded was seeing Disintegrator being in different level from the rest monsters. But what the heck I won anyways.

Regal got my opponent into missing a few hits, guess its flying ability does pay off at the long run.

With a 1 speed am still wondering how Blackmoore Nymph did it, anyways maybe with the help of Obsidian her attack got increased by +1. At the long run I guess the immunity abilty does pays off.

Summary

Lets not forget the +1 magic attack my summoner Obsidian gives to all magic attackers, chosing Obsidian in any battle always goes with 1 rule and that is "Picking lots of monsters with magic attacks, good thing Nymph and Regal were there.

There is no special move or attack for the Odd ones out ruleset. The trick however is having an idea of what mana cost card you should look out for.

And when picking a card in this ruleset, the type of abilities it posses also matters alot because it gives you the upper hand towards wining the battle.
