Hive blockchain is starting to see some action again. There are some big changes going on behind that many people don't really notice but it's building a new foundation for new aspects of hive for the future. I'll be going over some of those updates quickly in this article but mainly these weekly updates are focused on more frontend applications that users interact with.

I'll also be including my goals however It's something I want to phase away from again and be more focused on keeping everyone updated with the new things going on with hive frontends.

The goals section is simply to keep myself on track but also to show others what's possible on the hive blockchain with continued work, investment of time and money and being an active and supportive curator of the platform. It's over 7 years of work what you're seeing here today.

What's New On Hive July 30th 2023

Blocktrades Update
Hive is undergoing a lot of changes. On the development side we got a big core update from the team which you can read in full here 5th Update from Blocktrades

Mainly this update goes over two big improvements. The first of which is being called Denser which is a replacement for Condenser. It should optimize everything to make front ends faster and lighter compared to the current condenser being used.

The second big update coming is HAF or Hive Application Framework which will allow for SQL based framework to create highly scalable and robust layer two apps.

LeoFinance Update

There's a good amount of moving parts happening on LeoFinance on the daily. Many which you don't notice or just some small updates to the UI. However they just put in a request for funds (which I personally support) which is honestly a no risk option for Hive. It's said if they don't reach the goals they put forth that they will be returning all funds to the DHF.

Goal: 100,000 Current: 97,337 Needed Per Day: 17.29

While I only moved a bit on the stack last week by a little over 300 total hive it has brought my daily needed per day drastically now. I believe this will start picking up even more. Last week reduced my needed per day down by over 1 hive. I expect next week to be even closer to the 15 needed per day mark. At current rate I should be hitting goal by end of August this year is goal but for sure September.

I had one sizeable power up I did myself which was pulling resources out of an inactive bee swap pool. I'll need to scan some of the others but I'm also piling into a few pools at the moment based on new games and game updates coming thinking that these moves should have great benefits in terms of fees generated and overall rewards.

This continues to climb on me which I don't like lol but soon I'll be making a transfer towards stacking and earning it more rapidly. It also depends on when ad buy backs kick in which will also help to deplete the needed per day number.

$SPS

SPS Is moving along well. While I'm making decent SPS and DEC values each day I'm now also focused on building liquidity pools for these. This is why some of my other stacks such as hive are growing a little slower because instead of powering up the extra from selling other assets I've been dumping them into pool to earn fees and get ready for land.

I want to be fully passive income and be able to fully manage 142 plots of land when the time comes.

So there ya have it my main focus right now while still100k HIVE is also to start building massive amounts of liquidity for projects I feel will be getting a lot of action. The revenue generated in fees should be rather good including the other bonuses which come with some of these pairings. I'm also getting much heavier involved in other defi projects outside of hive as well with stablecoin pairs which is proving to be rather lucrative so far. It wont happen overnight but so far I'm already starting to see stacking growth on many levels here. Those nice 100% APRs are still around if you look.
