September Should Be Big For Hive / Leo

September is the month of hive! There's so much going on with hive over this month that I'm expecting at least some type of action or for it to roll into October. However if we don't it's going to make me really start to reconsider how things are going around here.

$HIVE Fest

To be fair I'm normally not excited about hive fest. From what I've seen in the past it feels like a whole 20 people at most go and it's a little room and show. This year however feels like it might be a bigger type of event and it's going to be interesting to see what it looks like. If anything I kind of wish they had some type of digital pass or if you hold 50k+ hive powered up you get free access to the digital pass idk something would be cool maybe next year.

With that being said I'm very hopeful that some positive things are going to come out of it. One of the biggest hopes I have are for development and LEO feels like it's going to be one of the strongest contenders at first.

From there as people see the success and value coming out of LEO that more applications will jump on board with what's working and then start building new applications. Things like a solid NFT market place etc are things hive core developers should be working on IMO and not all this background junk that seems to just be taking ages when honestly it shouldn't be.

$LEO Moves

LEO now has funding for its proposal which you can check out here DHF Proposal Onboard 10k Users

There's also a Zealy campaign which is going to kick off in about 48 hours. I don't have a link for it yet but when I do you can be sure I'll be posting it around.

There's also a number of other factors that go into the general marketing campaign for hive/leo but honestly there are parts of LEO I wish would have been worked on and went live now before the campaigns started to kick off.

Those being...
Ad Buyback of course which will take the daily or monthly ad revenue and buy LEO off the markets and pump it into LEO power up holders accounts. This should start to have a rather fast effect and positive effect on the price of LEO and over time continue to grow it. I'm seriously hoping to see this by end of September before I really start to question what the heck is going on around here.

The second is just as large and that's swaps or liquidity pools/defi directly on the LeoFinance front end. This would create a massive amount of fees to be collected and a way for people to get active with both onboarding and offboarding of LEO, HIVE and HBD funds creating a more liquid environment which is one thing that has been really stifling hive lately.

From all of this we should start seeing some action by the end of September in terms of more users, price action and overall a healthy and thriving blockchain instead of the stagnate and depressed price blockchain we have been seeing all year.

Each of us has a part to play be it you hold 10 hive to 1 million hive your actions matter and you're helping build the hive blockchain and really your own wealth by doing so.

Splinterlands

I left this one at the end as Splinterlands should be having a major impact on hive as well. With land 1.5 hitting the latest end of September (My prediction at the moment) the last big event for Splinterlands drove prices mad and a lot of it this time is once again primed for it as DEC is returning to peg and being burned at a rapid rate.

With land will come a few new pools but primarily more activity, lots of DEC and maybe we will even finally see the start of the so called flywheel for SPS triggering prices to move there once again.
