Broken Arrows changes the battle logic enough that preparation matters more than usual.
When rulesets restrict the normal path to victory, deck depth becomes more important than just having a few strong cards. That is where Splinterlands gets interesting: the same lineup that works in one match can become weak once the rules shift.
A one-sided battle usually says the winning side understood the constraint earlier.
