Redeeming My Tasty DOCTOR BLIGHT Airdrop…But Not Really…
Being this is my first time participating in the pack purchase for a new set release, I am pumped to see my odds with the airdrop cards. The first one being dropped into our accounts is Doctor Blight. These are only going to be available for those who participated in the presale in which I have 1207 packs elligable.
Luckily, I get to screw around a bit on the test servers thanks to my fancy Mavs status and they just added in the first airdrop which is elligable to be redeemed. Once again, all of this is for the test server and has no bearing on my real account or the real game and markets.
Ok...let's jump right in. For participating in the presale, I'll be guaranteed 23 regular foil Blights and 1 gold foil Blight.
Any others I receive will be up to chance as each pack of the 1207 I purchased in presale directly through the shop, will have a 2% chance of landing another one. Then if the gold foil gods are kind, there's a 0.04% chance that it turns gold.
Ok...this is for all the fake marbles....
Ok. So the gold foil gods hate me as I received 0 extra. I didn't really expect it and im not expecting it on Wednesday when I make my real redemption...but it would have been cool to see. It seems as though the regular foil gods are not super fond of me either as I received an extra 12 of the regular foils. Was kinda hoping for a bit better showing, but I'll take it. Maybe it's the fake test server gods that actually hate me...and the foil gods work under the test gods leadership...yeah...that's it!
It is a bit of a rush to see all these tasty promos in my fake account for the time being. I will be combining the 11 cards necessary to max out one for my playing use, while the rest will be rented out to folks to provide a passive daily income.
I will be selling a grand total of zero of these bad boys and will actually be looking to purchase any posted up for bargains by weak ass hands. There's bound to be a few...

Do you know how they create the cards? Are they generated on open?
Yeah they are generated at that moment of opening. I’ll probably do several hundred immediately. I honestly think it’ll depend upon how the cards are ultimately.
I'm not guaranteed any of those cards as I could not buy enough packs. I'll just see what I get anyway.
Yeah it’s all a crapshoot. We’re you able to participate in the presale at all or are you planning on grabbing in round 2?
I was able to pre-buy some packs. I'm just not going to worry too much about it though. People are going a bit crazy for the game and prices could get silly. I'm happy enough with how I'm doing.
