Riftwatchers Epic Summoners: Reward Cards Boosted!

A lot of exciting things happening in splinterlands right now with the biggest being the release of riftwatchers and the new epic summoners. These were dropped in the town hall yesterday and I wanted to breakdown three reward cards that will see a massive boost in value with these new summoners coming on board. With print rate lessening for some of these cards, now may be the time to scoop them up. 1. Venari Heatsmith

Everyone's favorite reward card (jk) got a nice buff with two of the new epic summoners in my opinion. The heatsmith has relatively good speed at level 5 with four that would be buffed to six with the new enrage summoner for fire. A sneakier play in my opinion is using him in low mana with the new dragon summoner and phase. Four speed against one speed is a 30% dodge chance that can buffed up with supply runner to 40%. It is already a relatively resilient tank in low mana to all damage and this would create some game changing misses in my opinion. 

2. Venari Seedsmith

Probably the biggest boost to a card came to the seedsmith along with iza the fanged for the earth summoner. Close range for a card with scavenge is really quite powerful as you can have this card get serious health before getting to the frontline and then still able to deal three damage in the silver league. With equalizer ruleset, this card rivals the death teams life leech for usability especially in little league and low mana matches. 

3. Naga Assassin

Another rare reward card that will see a nice boost is the assasin for the dragon team. Phase with five speed is no joke along with speed buffs the supply runner can give. At the highest level, the assasin gets swiftness which could make for some seriously unhittable teams including the card itself. 

These cards are crazy cheap right now and may offer a great valuation potential for the future. We have seen in the past reward cards jump in price over time and these new summoners may be the key to boosting them early.
