To access Soul-bound Archon:

Minimum of SPS to be staked then an additional revolving Staking of SPS for every season (according to League Level and SPS MAX CAP Limit) Note: If the Unstaking of the SPS is triggered, you may not have access to any of the Seasonal Souldbound Archons.

What the Suggestion is trying to achieve:

    • Increase SPS staking demand.
    • Improve player retention.
    • Give players a concrete gameplay benefit for long-term commitment.
    • Make the game feel more rewarding for newer or smaller accounts.
    • In other words, it is not just a Reward Incentive. It is a retention mechanic tied to gameplay utility.

Why the idea is strong?

- It gives staking a visible in-game purpose

A lot of staking systems fail because the benefit feels abstract. This proposal is better because the reward is something players can immediately use in battle.

That matters because players usually respond more strongly to direct gameplay value than to financial incentives alone.

- It creates a clear progression path

The tiered structure is easy to follow:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Diamond

That kind of ladder helps players see exactly what they get for continuing to stake more SPS. Clear milestones are good for retention because they give players something concrete to work toward.

-It can help new or smaller players feel competitive

If the reward truly gives useful summoner access, then even accounts without large card collections could build more flexible teams. That could lower the barrier to entry and make the early experience less punishing.

-It supports the SPS economy

Any system that encourages staking rather than selling can help reduce circulating supply pressure. If designed carefully, this could strengthen the long-term value proposition of SPS.

Disadvantages

  1. It may widen the gap between players.
    -If stronger battlers get permanent access to top-tier neutral Archons, then the proposal could increase the advantage of already-committed players. That may help retention for whales or long-term users, but it could frustrate newer players who feel they cannot catch up. However Struggling new players have the option of Frontier Mode or Practice Mode

  2. It could reduce the value of Modern Archons cards.
    -If the reward makes certain summoners less necessary, that could affect demand in the card market. That is not automatically bad, but it needs to be considered carefully. A good proposal should not accidentally undermine other parts of the game economy.
