Warner Music Group is wasting no time to embrace the web3 technology, it is seemingly clear that blockchain technology holds the power to the future.
Last month, Warner Music Group, WMG partnered with The Sandbox to bring host a musical concert in the metaverse, the first of its kind.
It made me realize that big names are ready for the move and actually know the potential that web3 holds.
The question remained who is next?

Warner Music Group got me all excited that there's another collaboration without wasting time and this time it's with Splinterlands.
WMG partnership with blockchain game company Splinterlands is going to see artist develop their own play-to-earn games.
Everyone is already getting into the business of play-to-earn games as it would be of much valuable time to sit, have fun and earn.
I know so many splinterlands players would be excited about this because this creates a huge potential for hive nonetheless.

Personally, I play splinterlands but haven't really gotten a tactics to use and sadly, I haven't bought any card.
Anyway, this collaboration would just make splinterlands more popular.
From statistics splinterlands has over 1.8 million users and 450,000 daily players.

It's a good thing that Warner Music Group have already embraced blockchain technology and using it for their artiste also.
Co-Founder and CEO Jesse “Aggroed” Reich said, Warner Music Group is a leader in the music industry. They are innovating the music industry to meet the standards set by Web 3.0 community members. We’re thrilled to be working with them and I look forward to new collaborations at the intersection of gaming, music, crypto, NFTs, defi, and blockchain.

No one wants to be left out from the benefits of web3 because the contemporary internet is already meeting it's quick end, so it's best now to jump into the bandwagon.
An absolute nice move from the record label and I'm very sure that it's artiste would appreciate this.
I'd love to see more partnership like this as time goes by.

In no time there'd be more good news like this but right now I can't help but ask would this mean anything for hive?
Hive has been one big mainstream for splinterlands, so Warner Music Group having this partnership influence hive ecosystem to be known?

Thanks for visiting my blog, till next time.
