Hello Fam, how are you there, for this week fan art contest of @splinterlands this time I composed another mermaid from Water unit.
I present to you the The Mischievous Mermaid, personally I don't like her because of her rudeness to other as I read her lore, but she can carry the battle for you for sure, HAHA..

Lore:

The female mages of the ΛZMΛRÉ Merfolk take great pleasure in the destruction their magic creates. Mermaids can often be found swimming gleefully around the edge of the Dark Water, destroying the homes of innocent Crustaceans with their plasmatic waves and laughing as they go.

Process is below:

As always I start to create her head first.,

And then adding her hair and some accessories,

It took me a while to compose her hair, because of the volume of it I guess.

Next is her arms.

And her tail with the trident.

After that, it's time to put that mad facial expression of her..

Applying Shadows or shading.

Then some highlights..

Adding aquatic color for the background.

And last but not the least let's add some bubbles too.
