I need to spend some more of my glint I think. I finally got a conflicts card the other day. First time I have ever gotten one of those. I might need some help with my land management. You up for giving me some advice? I plan on making a post tomorrow.

Honestly I am not very good with land as it has not been a focus of mine. I know Azircon is great at land management and he uses the tool from @beaker007 : https://land.spl-stats.com/
I tried using that tool and I didn't have the patience to understand any of it. Maybe I need to look at it again some other time.
