0.3 dec per fight on 500 rating? What happend?

Seems the new balancing update has been implemented
tried a few fights and get shocked to get 0.305 dec @ 500 rating
well i have expected it but to be as low as .305 gosh

oh guys there nothing we can do
think of this as a challenge we will break through

lets hope a power requirements adjustment on silver 3
