Adaptation to the new rankings system of the proposal ``Solutions to Minimize Bot Farms´´
Hey Splinterlands enthusiasts
Since the previously accepted proposal with the current ranking system cannot be directly implemented due to accounts no longer being confined to leagues, I suggest small changes.
The CP requirements will now only be used to limit the rating used for SPS battle reward calculations.
Here’s an example: Suppose someone only own CP for Silver.
Silver 3 starts at a rating of 1000, and Silver 1 ends at 1899 rating. Within this range or below, SPS battle rewards are calculated as usual. However, if the player advances to Gold or higher, their rating in the game increases, but their SPS battle rewards are still calculated as if they were at the 1899 rating because they only have CP for Silver.
Additionally, since starter cards are being removed, I propose completely eliminating the CP requirement for Bronze.

STOPI see in original proposal, you give example counting that 1x multiplier of SPS in ranked battle if you don't staked SPS. Now its already set to 0 if no SPS staked.
I think SPS should do its work already
the 0 x sps boost does nothing for the card values, it only mitigates the sps exploit and it also does not prevent soulbound/1bcx accounts from continuing to be used as feeder accounts. i have the overview of all current and announced changes ;)
after the sps and starter card changes, a 1bcx or only soulbound account can still earn in diamand. even if this account rents even 10x sps, the result is bad for our cards. i don't think i have to explain much, it's obvious that a 1bcx account that can fully earn in diamand is not good for the card values. right?^^
meanwhile the proposal is even more urgent than when it was accepted!

we are currently working on an update for DAO proposal #57 as it was suggested by matt in the recent townhall. (ts: 41:33)
the the final text for the new proposal is still to be found, but we have set some goals that we want to archieve.
new proposals goals:
were hoping for comunity suggestions and ideas that will help us to make a proper proposal that mets the will of the spl comunity.
Why only have it apply to SPS? Why not include GLINT in this too? I realize the DAO doesn't have control over that aspect, but you could put in the proposal that you will leave it up to the team if they want to make the same adjustments to the GLINT earned by accounts based on Collection Power.
