I think its an issue only for modern, way more players there, bots are better in this format too, so more people botting there too... In wild the diamond leaderboard on eos is catching the 3700 now, but bubble was a bit lower last season, so even to upgrade to champion is tough on climbing yet, while in modern must be over 4k, which make easier.
