Greetings Splinter-Fwens and HIVEeees! Its rainy season here in our place so its kind of a good thing and bad thing at the same time. Good 'cause the weather its not that hot that you are perspiring too much and needed to cool down your body once in a while. Bad, specially that its not stopping for 2 weeks now. Dams are on alert, flooding every where, landslide's here and there, Brown out might visit anytime, I am missing the dry feeling of course but we cannot request that to the weather system. We just have to bear what's nature is pouring us right now. but it just soo long that this rain did not even paused for a day or two, half day is the longest time that gave us breather but for two weeks, rain is pouring with crazy amount. Anyway, keep it safe guys from were ever you are.

Back to our game splinterlands from which is this blog is intended to in the fist place. Sorry for the life rant opening! Since Guild brawl just ended from few days, Let me share what have I achieved from that last round of the brawl.

Gained seven victories in 9 fights in the first fray of the guild brawl that restricts the battle on Frontier and Gladius cards only. Also, I ended up adding 3600 merits and 29 sps that is a bit low from my previous rewards.

We ended up 4th place in tier 3 guild brawls. A bit low compared with our guild streak from the previous guild battles. Well, its a bit tough to keep the rankings in this tier and of course, we can't control on the life of or guild's player. Fighting also with other guild members might be another thing to consider since those guys are also splinterlands veterans.

I saved merit points good enough to buy 4 gladius cases for this time. of course, i wont miss this chance to open up those cases. Hope I can get something satisfying.

The result is a bit off my expectation but still, having additional copy of Marisol is still a good catch. Since I already started to level my gladius cards, the quantity required on every level is getting more so it will take time to afford or get those cards extra copy.

Battle Sample

So for this battle sample, I have chosen a brawl that includes No Mans Land on the rulesets.

No Mans Land

Human Archons and Units may not be used.

This ruleset is for the restriction of human bloodline of the game. Cards possess their bloodline that can be found on the mid lower part of the cards if you are not yet aware what is this all about. So with this restriction, Human possessing bloodline type of cards are all zero visibility for your battle. Choose other bloodlines for your war.

In continuation with the battle sample, My opponent and I both chose Earth splinters for this round.
With the No mans Land presence in the ruleset, Quora was definitely banned for this fight. My opponent also have made the arrangement like i did except the fact that i chose Giam Root and the opponent has Mad Gearhead. Also, We differ a bit on positioning. Let us find out how did the battle goes.

In round 1, Nothing note worthy to mention because if you are familiar with earth splinters, this card possess highly survival ability cards and they have great numbers of healing techniques. I am not saying that they dominate that criteria, but if you are getting familiar with splinterlands, Earth splinters are chunky bunch of set.

I think in round 3 is where the brawl favored my team. My gladius card get its opportunity to trigger bloodlust and it cut the opponents card that also triggered bloodlust. By the way, The rulesets also includes Bloodmoon that grants every card with bloodlust ability. Another thing to note that Giam Root is a sturdy tree that tank your front with its plentiful HP. Not effective to be attacking though but still can sure stay front for much time. And with those points, I achieved victory in this brawl battle.

• Although cards are getting abundant in splinterlands, take note that restriction like the presence of No mans land in the result also are introduced. It really is necessary to consider this factors playing your game - Splinterlands.
