My speculation on the Dec price after the Sps Airdrop Ends

Hello Splinterlands...

The Splinterlands native token [Splintershards] airdrop will end in less than a week and there has been news about dec being removed from ranked, means we won't be earning dec anymore from playing rank battles....

Some splinterlands players and investors think this will boost the price of dec which is not far from the truth, as when something is scarce it tends to get more value, the lower the supply, the higher the demand which in turn would boost the price...

Amidst all the speculations, a piece is missing....

There are many players holding tons of dec because of the Sps airdrop since their dec holdings boost the amount of sps they also get in the airdrop but once this airdrop is over, what do you think is going to happen?

This is just my own speculation, i think once the sps airdrop ends, dec is going to dip badly for a while due to people that want to get rid of their holdings but after that dip, dec is going to get back to its pegged price, it will be easily achievable once it can no longer be earned from playing rank matches....

I am more concerned about the price of sps, will it be able to achieve a nice pump once it is added to reward being given in ranked matches but then no need to think too much about it, sooner or later, everything is going to be clear... The fate of dec and sps will be known....
