Hello Splinternerds

It is the weekend, something crazy happened in the splinterlands discord last night, no one knows how hackers got access of the announcement channels and started to spam it with phishing links but looks like they are still baby in the games because their link was not tempting enough and not well constructed and no one fell for it...

We just need to be really extra careful in protecting our assets by not clicking on tempting offer, nothing is free so we should not let them cash out on our naivety/greed....

This week splinterlands battle is about a chaos sneaky monster tenyii strikeri would admit i don't use this monster that much because i am not a fan of slow monsters, it would have make much sense if it has high speed because that would make me use the fire sneaky monsters more along with it, speed does it best but i tried using it today and the result was great!

Since splinterlands is now being played by more people and the cards have also increased unlike when it was just the beta/alpha and reward/promo edition, winning is now hard and no one really knows what the outcome of battles will be or how formidable his opponent can be, i just realized sneaky tactics kinda help to increase one's win rate especially if you are sure the monsters are going to hit their target by using kitty summoner or atleast monsters with speed stats....

So it was a Fury and Odd ones outbattle with 23 mana cap... I decided to go in with sneaky ninjas and opportunity demon

SET UP

- CHAOS AGENT & FLAME IMP

Every battle needs a good tank that can delay the opponent from reaching the rear monsters, even tho chaos doesn't have long life but with his speed and dodge ability it takes a while before it get eliminated in battle by all form of attacks

i used the flame imp to increase the speed of the monsters on the team as that will also reduce the chance of the opponent hitting them, flame imp is a flying monster and it is difficult for non flying melee and range attackers to hit it if they don't have the snare ability....

• SERPENTINE SPY & ELVEN CUTTHROAT

The spy is a deadly monster due to his poison ability and very fast speed and it only attacks the weakest monster in the enemies team so players are often wary of it, i helped in taking down the opponent goblin sorcerer with just one fatal single hit and saved me from calamities that would be caused by that goblin..

My tactics and strategy for the battle is to sneak on the opponnt so i used three sneaky monsters to help with that and elven was among the suitable sneaky monsters selected, with her great speed, winning is just inevitable...

• URAEUS & TENYII STRIKER

Needs a poisonous sneaky monster that can be used in all splinter? search no more, uraeus is the chosen one, i love its poison and the imp helps to speed it up a bit since it doesn't really have high speed like the others..

Last but not the least is the tenyii, i used it as the last card just incase the opponent also comes with sneaky monster, it has the dodge ability that will reduce the chance of the opponent monsters hitting it...

I sneaked my way into victory, it was an interesting battle and yet i was worried a bit because the opponent used mylor which is a terror to melee attackers but i conquered him!
