Hello Splinter nerds

This week's Splinterlands battle mage secret is What doesn't kill you

It rhymes so well with the saying what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, this rule set increases the speed and attack of monsters by 50% when they are no longer at max level.

Unfortunately the attack part only works for the melee monsters, when a melee monster is no longer at max health level which is because it was hit by another monster, the attack and speed will increase by 50% but if it is either range or magic monster, it is only their speed that will increase by 50%, the attack won't.

I didn't know this until today when I saw it in the Splinterlands secret mage and I studied it while playing and realized it only works on melee attacks, we learn every day.

I was paired with Chickenmeat in a 3-rule set, the other two rules were

Stampede: A monster with trample ability would be able to eliminate as many monsters as possible as long he trampled the monster it hit, there have been cases when a trample monster killed all the opponent team in just a round.

Healed out: This means the monsters can't heal! it is self-explanatory.

There was no healing so we need to focus on attacking and eliminating each other's monsters faster and for this to go well, we need to use strong and powerful attackers.

This was my tank and it has the trample ability which will enable it to utilize the stampede rule set to the maximum, I used Lux Vega summoner so it is protected by an armor and would be able to do some damage.

Mycelic Slipspawn

This was placed in the second position, it is a monster with the taunt ability so the opponent monsters would focus their attack on it and it is after they eliminate it that they would be able to attack my other monsters.

Queen Mycelia

The queen helps to add armor to her team and remove armor from the opponent team so she is quite a useful monster, I have 3 armor in total if I count the 1 armor supplied by the summoner.

Parasitic growth is a monster with the scavenger ability, its health increases by +1 whenever any monster dies, it could be from the opponent team or the player using it, it was able to gather some health with the demise of the monsters which further increases my chance of winning.

Epona

This is a nonattacking monster but it has some amazing abilities, it gives +1 health to all her teammates, and it also has the repair ability that she uses to fix the armor of other monsters on its team.

Venari Scout

This was my last monster, it has the dodge ability just in case the opponent uses sneaky monsters, it also has the opportunity ability which means it will only attack the opponent monsters with the lowest health except he comes with a taunt monster.

The opponent's lineup was good too but he doesn't stand a chance against my formidable lineup!
