The TOS update and the most used summoner in Splinterlands

Splinterlands has retained its former competitive status after the Terms of Service were updated days ago and there has been a ban on bots and battle helpers in modern, brawls and tournaments.
It is now official that the use of bots is not allowed in certain formats in the game, to cut it short botting is only allowed in the wild format.
I am glad that the top botting services respected the Tos and have stopped botting, no doubt because I see the fairness in the gameplay.
Unlike before winning or ranking is quite difficult and makes one feel miserable because no matter what you use, the bot is better at countering it, it is now easy to rank up and the game is also fun again...
The sps pool in the modern format is also decent unlike before when the bot farming was massive, so the TOS update is a success. I am focused on the modern format for this season because I know it will be a hell of a fight in the wild format since it is the only place the bots can prove their existence.
Hopefully, players can keep respecting the TOS, the new changes make the game more fun and I think new users who love gaming would join and the investor who doesn't have the time to play their account can hire skillful players to do the job for them.
The Lux Vega is one of the most used summoners now, even in brawls players are terrified of it hence why some guilds ban their opponent from using it in their home, it was Yodin Zaku, Byzantine kitty, LLama that guilds are worried about before but now it seems lux vega has taken their position.
Why do players use it that much? I have said before that Splinterlands is a game of speed and the faster your monsters are the higher chance you have to win, your tactics are still a necessary factor to be considered too so don't just use the monsters with speed blindly, it has to correlate with the rules of the battle.
It has the stats desired by the players, the speed, armor, and health are some of the best stats needed in battle. The fact that Lux Vega is a neutral summoner is simply the reason why it is the most used now.*
It will take time before Splinterlands can release another summoner that can take the position of Lux Vega to be the most used summoner!
