🏃💨 Why Speed Matters || Brain Burnings

 

Hi everyone,
Burnsurface here; I had a thought (or in this case a Brain burning) and wanted to share.

 

Often I hear that Speed is really great, but like many I felt that I could overcome speed with pure power - going all in on higher attacks. I would normally favor Attack modifiers with double strikers to take down the opponent quickly.

 

That was .... until this battle:

When the mana is under 15, and Earth is an option, I like to see who I can "double" using Llama.
This time I went with Regal Peryton without thinking about speed.

I saw my opponent chose Yodin... gulp here comes a loss...

That was... until Llama activated ...

            And for those of you who caught this, they chose no archery to play to Yodins strength

 
anyways...
9 SPEED in gold league seems pretty good! (with only a level 2 Monster)

Miss after miss... We can thank the speed (+additional % chance of miss for flying) for that.

 
My recommendation is if you have the option to achieve a higher speed, go for it!
