RULESET: Equal Opportunity

Description:

All units gain the opportunity ability which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.

General strategy for Equal Opportunity Ruleset:

For this ruleset we have a lot of options, look for key abilities and special units, first of all you should pick a decoy or a unit with Taunt ability, the taunt will give time to your units to do the damage while it takes the damage, for the decoy the first target your opponent will attack, the units with less health on your team , you can use something with the Martyr in the middle of 2 of your best damage dealers or something that could get big benefits from the stats increases like a unit with Double Strike or 2 different attacks, others good decoys is anything with low health but not so easy to kill, like something with high armor or Divine Shield, you also want some speed and armor in all your units , so Kelya is a pretty good chose for summoner as it is in almost any ruleset. After picking the ones the will fall first, chose your damage dealers, most of the times the best options are very high damage melee units that normally you will not use as a tank for not having enough health units with double strike or double attack are pretty good here, Drybone Raider is an extremely strong unit for this ruleset as it has both and can attack 4 times giving it any bonus with Martyr will give you an insane advantage , using lot of tanks with good or moderate attack as all you units can be good as well, will be difficult to kill you if the opponent need to kill 6 tanks, Protect, Divine Shield, Resurrection are some abilities that can be very helpful on this ruleset.

Up Close and Personal: Only monsters with melee attack may be used in battle.

Even Stevens: Only monsters with even mana cost may be used in battle.

About this Battle:

This is a maxed out Diamond battle, well not all our units are 100% maxed out, but still, the rulesets give us very limited options for, only fire, only melee, only even mana cost cards, I play my own Tarsa that is a lot stronger than my opponent summoner Qid Yuff, I also have some key units that are excellent for this ruleset like Dumacke Orc, Drybone Raider, and the level 4 Fiend, so the battle was one sided but interesting to see the big difference that a summoner an a few key units can do.
