We will need more merits to Level up our Gladiators.

Average player(playing in gold league) has already some of the rewards at gold level including some summoners but the same players does not even have his Gladiators maxed for silver level, so when ever you want to use a gladiator with the reward summoner or with the new rule set you will be penalize for using low level cards, also in lot of cases we not even uses the gladiators because they low level seams weak compared to maxed cards for our league.

I getting around 2 Gladiators Packs per Brawl, has not make the numbers but I'm pretty sure I getting a lot more packs than the average and it will take around a year for me to maxed out just for silver level, to maxed out completely it may take more than 10 years. So we need a way exchange them for something or an increases in merits.

Some ideas:

Voucher-Shop: There suppose to be a voucher shop but it never come out, one product of the voucher shop could be Gladiators you can buy one commune for a voucher, one ReR for 4 vouchers, one Epic for 20 and one Legendary for 100, this cost is based on the burn value of their rarity making it not profitable to buy them just to burn for Dec. Since Gladiators not suppose to be maxed out in one day it could be a limit amount that is allowed to buy per season or per month, could be something very small like maximum 10 vouchers per time plus every 1000 or 500 SPS stacked allows 1 more voucher to be burn/exchange for Gladiators similar to the promo card we had, also it can have a condition to own already the Gladiator you want to buy so players will need to be in guilds to get Gladiators as it suppose to be, this will make people excited waiting every month or season to buy a few Gladiators.
Even without Gladiators the vouchers-shop is a needed and it will be very interesting to have it as long there are interesting products.

Burn Them for a Non-tradeable Token: Allow the Gladiators the option to be burned for anothers token you can use some of this tokens(2 or 4 times more that you burned) to buy Gladiators of your choice , this way you will be able to have in a decent level your favorite ones by sacrificing the ones you don't find so useful, this could be a very fun game mechanic, also the Burned for this new no-tradeable token could be instead of Dec reducing the Dec the game keep giving to players increasing the speed to get Dec to 0.001.

Just more Merits: very simple increases amount of Merits we get in Brawls and/or reward chests , if burning to Dec is a problem , something like the 2nd idea could be done.
