Splinterlands — Participating in another tournament
Tournaments
It has been a while since I entered a Splinterlands tournament. When I saw the October PKM tournaments pop up I realized it was a good time to put some of the PKM in my wallet to good use. Tournaments have never been my strong suit, but I do enjoy them as they offer an opportunity to go up against seasoned competition and deploy some strategies that I might not typically use in ranked battles. (No penalty for starter cards for one 😀)
Some Fun Battles

This is a great example of a lineup I would never use in ranked play. I don't own Drake so I don't typically use him to avoid the F2P penalty. This battle was also interesting as this was my opponent and I technically had the same lineup, but the different summoners and Fiends left the win up to RNG. |

Here is a great example of how a Pelacor can easily be a battle MVP. Conjurer can be a great tank in certain situations. |

This battle proves it isn't always about having the heaviest hitting cards. The little guys can be death by a thousand pinches 😀 |
Results
As I already stated, I'm not the best tournament player 😀 That being said I managed to eek out enough wins to earn a prize of 10PKM with an entry fee of 6PKM.
