SPS price cause for concern, or part of a cycle? My usual updates, work, and cheers to the Hive fam.

Using my same chart from a previous post, and yellow support lines, can see that SPS made a move back up after the last drop, but currently we are back at about .18 cents. Considering all things, i still feel ok about the current situation. Theres lots of things happening with the latest airdrop news, plenty going on in the splinterlands world.

For some reference look at the same chart on a weekly candle. Has limited info, since the asset is still fairly new. But dam, looks bad on a weekly.

I traded crypto before the big rally in 2017, and ever since. I remember the pain of the bear cycles, and biggest mistakes were not having faith when certain assets spent time on low prices. Im not trading much now, focusing on staking and paying debts

Picking up just couple packs a day to test my luck but no good cards lately, still looking and hoping for an absolute BANGER!

ANYWAYS....back in gold ranking. Little sooner than last season. It seems the battles are always toughest at start of the season when everyone is getting sorted out

Trying to save all the DEC im getting from battles and from rent. Since DEC price has taken a hit as well, i dont feel the need to sell any yet.

Heres an update on rising star, just started up the Midweek Headline Slot challenge. Get er done, stack some starbits.

Needless to say, ive made a lot of mistakes in the past few years since i started getting excited about trading and crypto. I still have no choice but to work like a machine, while i stack and stake for the hope of my future.

Im at work tonight. As always i want to thank those who chose to throw a vote my way. Ive never been good at posting. Always been a bit self conscious, and i have plenty practice and learning to do, when it comes to a quality post.

Just my usual mashup of updates and a thanks again to those who rock with me.

Being patient sometimes is important. Thats my biggest lesson. Also recognizing and waiting for the best time to buy.

I work for a sleep lab. I do a sleep study. Mostly for people who dont sleep good. Sleep apnea, and the cpap machine

Yeah, been working nights for 10 years, taking its toll on my body. A small field, but after all this time, i still enjoy. But we must keep chuggin to be more free soon. You work for utility, if im correct? Power, or the cell towers like that 1 post?

Cell towers but more of the in-building than towers, I hate towers you've got no idea I guess its because towers workers are under paid here in SA. No doubt that the goal, stack up more cryptos and get out of the rat race.

Youre a straight up beast Jim, keep at it man. Im just trying to juggle it all, and keep up on battles at same time. Feels like being in a guild is little demanding. I want to be in 1 but im kind of freelance in splinterlands, working 40 hours and trying to be active and competitive is tough .

Its tough man, but gold 3 is a nice spot. Stack a little at a time, im taking as many freebies and loot that i can. Gotta go finish my daily quest, almost forgot. Keep it up.

My thoughts on SPS...

I believe that it is currently down do to people selling SPS for liquid to buy packs from the presale. I truly believe that after all packs are closer to being completely sold out that the price will shoot up drastically until the next release. Same for DEC. I have seen this happen with Untamed. My guess is that it will be a typical trend. Of course, this is all just speculation. I myself have even sold SPS for packs and other projects. But, I will always stake some if I can. Right now the market is way to low for me to be able to stake much at all. But, it will all add up. Patience is key.

Thats a good perspective man. I can agree on that. I figured all along, that i was interested in just staking for a while anyways, that APR was like 130% when i first started buying SPS a few months ago.

I am still in Bronze. It is much harder to reach Silver than before.

making the tournaments is not costly with sponsors giving prizes, I can recoup the DEC creation cost with the 10-15 DEC entry fee and still give 25-100 prizes out... Next tournament on the 10th has 250 prizes :D
