Today I will share with you a battle that I used MYCELIC MORPHOID to enter the
Weekly Challenge - SHARE YOUR BATTLE

THEME: MYCELIC MORPHOID

Mycelic Morphoids are in a constant state of growth and development. As part of Queen Mycelia's brood, Morphoids work to spread the growing blight on Praetoria. Infected themselves by the poison, they take root near streams and rivers, contaminating it with the blight. In turn, the waters feed them, and a second Morphoid sprouts from the original. Together, the two travel as one until they split and continue the process. By @SplinterLore

My opinion about MYCELIC MORPHOID

I find MYCELIC MORPHOID very useful and very usable as it has low mana cost 1.
From level 3 onwards, it adds the Thorns skill that makes it interesting to use against melee attackers, despite its low health, but still for the benefit of counterattack it is efficient.

Yes, I have this card Gold Foil, which is very useful because it is already at level 3 and has its skill Thorns

------- STRATEGY DETAILS ------

1ª POSITION: I chose the HILL GIANT to be my front line, because it's a great tank, low mana cost 3, has a considerable health 6, and can take enemy damage well

2ª POSITION: FURIOUS CHICKEN it's that card that I strategically place to nullify an enemy attack, it will be very useful when the tank dies

3ª POSITION: The KRON THE UNDYING is my main card, I will be placing all my expectations on him in this battle, with his increased magic attack he will be able to deal 4 damage directly to the enemies' health, and with his healing it will be terror on the battlefield.

4ª POSITION: DJINN BILJKA was chosen because he is more of a magic attacker, and his skill makes him not attacked if he is not in the first position in the battle, I will not be worried about being attacked in the first rounds

5ª POSITION: MYCELIC MORPHOID it's the mandatory monster to enter the challenge, it has the Thorns skill I put it in the last position, because probably some melee attacker will target it with Sneak or Opportunity, so it would do damage too

You can see that my opponent is a BOT, but you are wrong that a BOT can be someone easy to face
This specific ENMINERS are well known in the GOLD League, their Deck is very diverse from cards especially the Gold Foil and we realize this when the battle starts.

I soon realized that he set out to significantly increase the health of his monsters and armor, predicting that I would opt for a team focused on melee attackers. BUFF (+1 TYRUS PALADIUM / +2 TRUTHSPEAKER armor / +1 Health BABY UNICORN)
But my strategy was focused on Magic 😎

1º Round
As imagined my enemy came with an attacker with the Sneak skill, going straight to the MYCELIC MORPHOID, unfortunately the Thorns didn't even have an effect because he was in armor, so his death was almost in vain 😓.
My tank held up very well this first round holding enemy ranged attacks

2º round
This second round was crucial to scale the size that KRON THE UNDYING was strong and all the armor that my opponent thought he would benefit from didn't help at all 😂

3º round
My victory was already forwarded, as there were 2 attackers at a distance, but without any advantage because the front line was already exposed 😎

4º round
It was the Round to kick this BOT's ass not to get in my way anymore 🤣

------ FINAL CONSIDERATIONS ------

I will definitely use MYCELIC MORPHOID in my battles, in this specific one he didn't have much relevance because my opponent came with a strategy of high defense, but on some occasions with specific rules and little mana it will be of total relevance.
I love playing with Earth element cards, it's a deck that can diversify many strategies, magic attack, melee, ranged, with high damage content.
