Rules for battle:

Standard rule
Mana cost: 16
Splinters: All

My lineup for battle:

1] Summoner (Earth)

Contessa L'ament is a death summoner. I reduced the ranged attack of the enemy monster by one. It cost only 3 mana.

2] First Monster

Cursed Windeku is a rare death monster. It cost 6 mana, this monster is good for defense because of its good health and attack. Its thorn ability makes it dangerous. If you use death splinter mostly then this monster is a perfect choice for the first position.

3] Second Monster

Shadow snitch is a common death monster. It's cost 4 mana and a good choice in the second position because of its reach ability.

4] Third Monster

Life Sapper is a rare death monster. It cost 3 mana, It has 1 magic attack and 2 health. Health is low but still, I used this monster because of its life leech ability.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

My strategy is to use Shadow snitch with some good mele combination. So I used Cursed Windeku in the first position and Shadow Snitch in the second position for good defense and melee attack. My strategy worked fine. I may use the same strategy with some more good ranged attack monsters next time.

In the first round, I used a death splinter, and the opponent used an earth splinter. At first, it seems both used a good combination. Let's see what happens.

Up to the second round, the Same damage was dealt by both sides. In the second round, I successfully killed opponents' first monster.

In the third round, I killed opponents another monster.

Now my victory is certain, This was a very interesting battle. Tough fight by an opponent.

Finally, I won the battle. ✌️

Do you like the Shadow Snitch? Why or why not?

Yes, I like the Wood Shadow Snitch. Because of its reach ability, I can make a good combination of melee monsters in the first two positions with some ranged attack monsters.
