This is my #splinterlands weekly battle share submission with the Theme- card GIANT ROC

It first time that I am going to share my weekly battle share challenge under 20 Mana game. Prior to this, I used to try to make post with high Mana battle. No need to say everyone passing through with same situation to know the Buff and Dbuff of new revealing card Legion pack. Before it when when I was using Untamed pack and Dice pack card that time I pick up my team within 1 minute but now it takes exact 2 minut or more to choose the team. Sometimes I have to surrender because of taking extra time. Moreover, with the increasing of many cards in the card wallet, it becomes very difficult to choose the right card as it takes longer to search. Whatever; there is such amazing card with the new addition that profitable in splinterlands gaming platform.

For this battle I selected Qid Yuff as a Dice Summoner that provides PIERCING ability to reduce the impact of armour.
While my opponent was using a Legendary Summoner in the form of PLADO EMBERSTORM with three special ability Melee attack, speed and reducing health. Its Mana is 5 yet in 17 Mana battle my point was using 6 card. It means he was a clever player. Anyway a TRAMPLE AND STUN that keep me alive in this battle. Having such a strong opponent finally I able to won the battle with 48 rating and 30 DEC TOKEN.

I always like to have Trample, Stun and Retaliate ability monster in the team. Such cards always be effective. Fortunately GIANT ROC played its role very well. Fying, Reach and Trample ability make it much better. It is a worth monster with 5 Mana. This monster provides 3 attack at level 8. At maximum level it provides 6 health with 3 unique ability. it is one of the most useful common monster from Fire splinter.

● ABILITY- Reach with level-1, Snare with level -1 and Trample with level-6.

BATTLE RULE

In low Mana battle games, I had to play with two rule, without legendary, Epic monster and also losing is Sneak and Snipe ability.
◆ # FOG OF THE WAR

It means monster with magic attack, opportunity and range attack can be effective. Snipe will target to the front card and Sneak they have to wait to reach first position for attack.
◆ # RISE OF THE COMMON
It means player will not be able to use Epic and Legendary monster. They have to carry on their battle with common and RARE monsters.

TEAM SELECTION AND CARD PLACING

■ CERBERUS
■ GIANT ROC
■ FLAME MONKEY
■ SPARK PIXIE
■ FURIOUS CHICKEN
I was using only six monster for this battle , as it was just 17 Mana battle game. I think it was the best combination that I can put in 17 Mana battle game. One heal tank as Cerberus, one range monster with high speed and Stun. One monster with temple ability as theme card Giant Roc. Mostly battle was rounding around these three monsters.

ROUND WISE BATTLE STRATEGY

It was only four round battle game in which table to won this battle just losing two monster in the form of Flame monkey and furious chicken. No need to say that SPARK PIXIE that well known for its speed attack and Stun ability. That played an important role to finish the game. Giant Roc that reduced the impact of CERBERUS and Furious chicken..

BATTLE ROUND FIRST

First round starts with the attack of opponent's Serpentine Spy that damaged furious chicken. Second attack comes from my side by SPARK PIXIE which only breaks the backbone of the opposition team by stunning opponent's CERBERUS. One more attack from my side by Cerberus to opponent's Cerberus. Third attack comes from Xenith Archer from opponent . After that one more attack from today's theme card GIANT ROC that damaged to opponent's Cerberus. Exceeding Trample ability perform another attack and destroyed Furious chicken. With the attack of GIANT rock there is the end of first round. Two damage from opponent side and one damage from my side.

BATTLE ROUND SECOND

Second round starts with the attack of opponent's Serpentine Spy that damaged Flame monkey from my side. Two quick attack from my side by Spark Pixie and Cerberus but no damage done. Miner 🐜 get armour from opponent's Flame monkey. Both team almost using similar monster expect of Spark Pixie and Serpentine Spy. Two quick attack from opponent's Xenith Archer and Ant Miner. No more damage done till now. Cerberus Retaliates and reduces the armour and very next attack from GIANT rock that damaged to Ant Miner. Quickly perform another attack due to Trample and reduces three health of Flame monkey. Second round guards 2 and end with the trample of Giant Roc..

BATTLE ROUND THIRD

Third round starts with the miss attack of Serpentine Spy. Berry next attack comes from my side by Spark Pixie that damaged to Flame 🐒. One more quick attack from CERBERUS that damaged to Serpentine spy. round third ends with the attack of GIANT rock again. Only one more monster is reminding from opponent having only one health. It means round for will be a formality.

BATTLE ROUND FOUR

Round for starts with attack from Spark Pixie. Xenith Archer was the last monster from opponent's that got to an end. With it I won the battle and get 30.6 DEC token along with 48 rating. I improve my rating and finish the battle in a grand way. Despite opponent's legendary some were able to won this battle because of Spark Pixie that stun opponent's CERBERUS with very first attack. Giant Roc's roll was also important that damaged 🐜 miner and Furious chicken..

DID MY STRATEGY WORKED WELL? What will I try differently in next time?

To be honest when I checked opponent's recently played team then I found that my opponent playing the battle with legendary Summoner then I was little bit hopeless that will I able to win this battle or not? It was just 17 Mana battle game and in such game, definitely I like to have at least one heal tank and one stun ability monster. I mostly like to play with Fire and Life splinter when I get below 20 Mana. If I speak frankly then it was Spark Pixie that made by way an easy by stunning opponent's CERBERUS. Rest of the work completed by Retaliate of CERBERUS, Trample by Giant Roc. Ability makes monsters great and you can see the great example of it in this battle. Overall it was perfect combination that made me happy. I was happy by dominating a Legendary Summoner.

DO YOU USE GIANT ROCK OFTEN? WHY OR WHY NOT?

No need to say that it is a worth card. Mostly player like to have this card in his playing team because of its Flying, Reach and Trample ability. One can see its performance in this battle. Unfortunately I have no upgraded version of it. I rented this card for this battle. In other words, it would be more appropriate to say that I use this monster very rarely. I am in the favour of this card. In low mala battle game trample ability always be great. Its performance is great like its name..
