This is my weekly battle mage secrets submission with the Theme EVEN STEVENS..

It is little different ruleset than traditional that we used to get as task like opportunity, blast, equalizer,back to basic, magic reflect etc. Now I am going to explain briefly about Even Stevens rule set.

            ||**INTRODUCTION**||

Even Stevens is a simple rule set in which the players can use only even Monsters. Let's me explain in brief- You must have heard the name of composite and prime numbers. Similar here the Monster who has composite Mana eg..`0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14` can be use for the battle. It means you will not able to use `1,3,7,9,11,13` Mana Monsters.

Damm interesting thing is that in such ruleset we always get 13,17,19,37,57 ,99 etc. Mana gameplay. It's a simple mean that you cannot use cards for whole Mana.

SPLINTER ,MANA AND RULESET

It was 57 Mana battle gameplay in which three rules **Explosive Weaponry, Even Stevens and Wands Out** were applied. Fire, Death and Dragon splinter were active. It was a tough ruleset so it was very difficult task to choose appropriate summoner.

It was high Mana battle gameplay so my priority was Dragon. I could seek possibility in Death unit but there is a very less card with high Mana while I was battling in explosive Weaponry.

If I look for high health Monster then surely going to miss Silence summoner Thaddius Brood in Wands Out ruleset. Finally I was happy by using Quix the Davious with the combination of Phantom Soldier.

MY STRATEGY FOR EVEN STEVENS RULESET

It was sure that both team going to use magic Monsters as it was Wands Out battle ruleset . There was no alt option to choose another ability monster. Like wise in such rules at my priority be Thaddius Brood a Silence ability summoner but I wanted to use Chaos Dragon that's why I chosen Quix The Davious.

It means I could use only single monster with Silence ability in theformof Phantom Soldier. There was another ruleset Explosive Weaponry so badly needed high health Monster. It was bad thing for me because my opponent was using Delwyn Dragonscale a Magic Additional summoner. Owster Rotwell could be a better option for magic reflect but I sold out that summoner.

Finally decided to use Prismatic energy at first position and at second position reserved for chaos Dragon. I placed Phantom Soldier at 4th position so that I can use its silence ability for a long time. It was the impact of silence that reduced the effect of Magic reflect.

Between Chaos Dragon and Phantom Soldier I placed Weapons training and Fury ability Legendary Soulbound monster Skok Duskblight. Fith position was for Life leech slow, strengthen ability monster Black Dragon. At last position I deliberately placed Snipe and Camouflage ability monster Magi Necrosi.

The key point was first attack from my side in Explosive Weaponry. While my opponent was facing the problem of Slow, one by Black Dragon and second from Quix The Davious.
So I can say that it was speed that helped me to win this battle otherwise my opponent was very strong and using similar team.

DISCUSSING MY LINEUP

●PRISMATIC ENERGY
●CHAOS DRAGON
●SKOK DUSKBLIGHT
●PHANTOM SOLDIER
●BLACK DRAGON
●MAGI NECROSI

Against magic Monsters my favourite choice is Prismatic energy that I always use at second position because I always use Lord Arianthus at first position.

■It was even Stevens rule set so there was no possibility to use Lord Arianthus, so I placed Prismatic energy at first position. This is a rare magic monster with Void and Magic reflect ability. This is a neutral monster with even Mana that's why it was available..

For this battle I was using three legendary monster. Two from Dragon unit and one from Death unit. At second position I was using close Dragon a high Mana and health base monster from Dragon unit.

■This Legendary monster comes with three special abilities Flying, Scattershot and Blind. This is also a magic monster that's why it was in my battle squad.

This legendary Monster provide 10 health four armour at three level. It was its blind ability that disturb the opponent and the were missing the target.

■At third position I was using Soulbonds legendary Monster Skok Duskblight. I don't think that there was use for this monster in this battle but I found pretty good attack with satisfactory health that's why I chosen in the team.

This legendary Monster comes with three special ability Fury Weapons training and Resurrect at three level.

■Fourth place was result for silence ability epic monster Phantom Soldier this is the monster that played an important role for this battle to win because of its magic attack reducing ability.

I have played so many battle with the combination of Thaddius Brood and Phantom Soldier against ruler of the sea and magic additional summoner. This Monster also comes with three special abilities flying, Void and silence at level 3.

BLACK DRAGON

■This is another legendary Monster from Dragon unit. I placed this Monster at second last position. It is a 6 Mana monster with four health at max level.

This is a unique Monster due to its life leech, Strengthen, Slow and flying ability. It's low health is little pathetic but could be a better use in Equaliser rule set. It was explosive Weaponry rule set so I wanted to use its life leech ability.

MAGI NECROSI

■It's use could be much better if I use for our five level. This is a snipe epic monster. In Wands Out ruleset Snipe monster always be effective because they do not target front Monster as maximum player use magic reflect Monster at first position.

It is a 6 Mana monster with 5 health. Oppress is it's special ability that destroy The Monster without attack. Unfortunately there was no monster in battle squad. Its health is little low but due to Camouflage ability no one targets this monster.

ANALYSES OF THE BATTLE

It was snipe and scatter shot that helped a lot to beat the opponent. At beginning out of 4 attack 3 attack from my side completed.

From my side there were two slow ability, one from black Dragon and second from Quix the devious. That's why my team attacked first. In explosive Weaponry speed always be effective.

Phantom Soldier that reduced the impact of Magic reflect as well as magic attack. Snipe and scatter shot continuously hitting a target. Some where there was a good role of Blind that forcing enemy squad for missing attack.

Till the first round there were no damages from any side but with the end of second round only single Monster was remaining from opponent side while two damage from my side. When I finished the battle it was only two damage from my side and my team won this battle.

CONCLUSION

It always be difficult task to set up our team when we are playing in such ruleset where there is no appropriate guess about opponent's battle squad.
Yes we can choose our team according to rest of the ruleset. Now and days we hardly get any ruleset where there be only single ruleset. Even Stevens is tough ruleset in which its always be difficult to choose perfect team combination according to the opponent's team squad.
Anyway it was a pleasant win at the end and it was possible because of phantom soldier and its silence ability.
