Splinterlands: Weekly social media challenge share

Hello splinterlands gaming fans!

This is my weekly social media challenge share. With the new update in splinterlands, things are changing very fast. Now the season reward and daily focus reward has been changed into Glint Token. These Glint token will be a major part of the game. One can use these tokens for various purposes.

The primary items available in the reward shop in splinterlands.com. The amount of sps staking will define your reward boost. Let's see with the end of season how we will able to use these Glint tokens. Before it previous season I finished with Champion Points and got only a single fire unit legendary card. In this season I have already unlocked Diamond League first. So hope again I will able to reach there but this time there will be no season reward for us rather we have to use Glint for various purposes.

Now going to share about Weapons training based battle. Weapons training is a unique ability from Soulbound that can be used to utilize non attacking Monsters. If you have noticed then these non attacking monsters have plenty of abilities. Now these abilities can be used with weapons training.

WEAPONS TRAINING
Adjacent units with no attack gain this unit's attack, up to a maximum of 3. There are some awesome cards with Weapons training ability that can be use with non attacking monsters. Rage, Zyriel, Daarg Deadblast, Moxian Rebel, Ferexian hero and Aves Sturgis are the main cards that players use for weapons training.
Suppose, you are using Non attacking Gladiators cards and put two weapons training monsters beside the non attacking monsters then that card will get the ability of weapons training monster. If you are using two different attacking ability Monsters like Magic and range then that non attacking monster will get double attacking ability. It is a very interesting fact after the arrival of weapons training Monsters. Actually in the beginning I was not paying more attention towards these combinations but after the upgrade of SoulBond summoners I decided to use this strategy. Now you will see that most of the time I try to use weapons training ability with non attacking Monsters.

WEAPONS TRAINING AND GLADIUS CARDS

There are a couple of non attacking Monsters in my game wallet but I get less speed from them. I get pretty good non attacking Monsters from Gladius and Soulbond. For that most of the time I use Dragon Soulbound summoner with the combination of life unit.
This time I was using Dragon Soulbound summoner Helios Matriarch with Conscript and additional speed. Remember that without battle ruleset we can use gladius cards with Soulbound summoner. The interesting fact was that not only I was using Soulbond summoner but also using Soulbound weapons training monster Aves Sturgis to support two non attacking monsters Evelyn Auvera and Gladius Helmet Kharafax. It means two Soulbound cards and one Gladius card. Hence I was using Soulbond summoner, so I could use another attacking gladius card but this time I decided to use a non attacking gladius card. It was a perfect combination but could not get enough chances to increase their bloodlust stats .

BATTLE STRATEGY ABOUT LINEUP

It was a battle against Wraith Grandmaster. It is a Legendary Amplify and Weak Magic buffs summoner. I got 38 Mana to use Soulbound summoner. With Super Sneak there was restriction to use Melee monsters due to Briar Patch. Stampede was another battle a rule to set. I was sure that they are not going to use maximum Melee attack, so at front position I placed Lord Arianthus.
After that one Triage ability monster. It means two non attacking monster with the combination of Magic weapons training ability monster. Fifth card was Shatter ability to remove armor of Wraith Grandmaster. I was sure that this time I was going to get deep magic reflect due to Amplify. Fortunately there was a single magic reflect monster Pelacor Conjurer in opponent's battle squad.

First round battle
First attack came from my side by War Pegasus due to 5 speed. Next attack was a magic attack from opponent side by time mage. Next one more attack from my side by Dijinn Renova. My opponent got first damage with the attack of non attacking monster Evelyn Auvera. Resurrect applied by Adelade Brightwing. Most of the player use this legendary card for repair and resurrect.
When first round finished my team was in leading position and my opponent lost their front card Pelacor Conjurer.

Second round battle
Similar attack started in second round but in the second attack they lost their second Monster truth speaker . Their magic attack squad getting proper magic reflect damage due to Lord Arianthus. At the end of second round they have already lost their three Monsters in the form of Pelacor Conjurer, Truthspeaker and Jared Scar.

Third round battle
Third round was like a formality because remaining Monsters have less health that's why they were getting damage quickly and in third round they were edge of defeat. Rest of the task completing by Djinn Renova. It was supporting the back line Monsters with Triage who got damaging by magic reflect. When I finished the battle there was no damage from my side. I won this battle without much effort.

Conclusion
It was a new experience for me using two non attacking monster with the combination of weapons training Monster. Before it I was using single card but most of the time Kullu mastermind and Ferexian Hero . Actually I got this idea from others high ranked players. To use this cards in a good way need upgrade them into their appropriate level. Although I was using 5 level Helmet Kharafax, 3 level Evelyn Auvera and 3 level legendary Aves Sturgis. Couple of Martyr could be more effective for these non attacking monsters. Sure in future I will try to find more interesting combination. Let's see how this season will end..Hope there will be positive response with new changes in daily focus and season reward.
