I've been so addicted to rising star lately. I've fallen off splinter since the "big change". I need to replace the starter cards with actual cards in order to earn. I haven't gotten a single chest lol.

Yah renting gets a bit tiring with Splinterlands but I really like the new rewards system diamond chests for instance multiply DEC when received by 16x its base value so I get chests with 7,000 DEC in them on occasion
I wont lie lower ranked rewards can be a drag but advancing to gold or diamond they start becoming profitable despite renting a majority of cards used.
Rising star is always good though I finally got to zone 3 and formed a band
I just need to replace the starter cards with owned cards and I can have a little fun. What is the best way to buy them? DEC?
I haven't gotten to zone 3 yet on rising star. I only have one band member. Im trying to pay off my millionaire mission. Almost there.

Credits allow you to ensure a stable value for secondary market cards, However you can now buy Chaos legion packs on their in game market using DEC which is the only thing I currently use DEC to purchase.
