I won the 3rd airdrop on Torum. I'm so excited. Today's post was awesome and I'm still confused by zombi lol.

What is your best advice on buying splinter chaos packs. I want to buy 25 at general sale. Should I paypal to credits, convert DEC or maybe even SPS? I'm just wondering if DEC is worth holding if I have packs for airdrop points.

DEC still has the added benefit of liquidity pools increasing the SPS payout where as SPS has the likely hood of going back up in price when the rift watchers packs launch as you can only pay SPS for those packs which is partially why the DEC price spiked when the DICE packs where on sale. So try & Hodl / generate as much SPS in the mean time DEC prices However may go down keeping it in HIVE liquidity pools mitigates risk. So the TLDR is I try to Pay in PayPal & keep the crypto at least while the SPS drop is on going.

sounds like a plan. I don't know much about the hive liquidity pools. Are those the dcity things?

So HIVE liquidity pools Specifically the Swap HIVE DEC pool & the SPS DEC pool are both linked to the Splinterlands SPS airdrop.

So by using say the SPS DEC pool located Here👇 or Tribal Dex

The amount of DEC you provide in Liquidity the airdrop points are doubled basically it would count your SPS & DEC towards the SPS airdrop.

In addition to that perk you receive liquidity pool rewards as well daily. That is what all the crypto listed on the far right of the pool is about.

Before you commit to liquidity of any sort you should probably get a firm understanding of the risks such as temporary loss or Impermanent loss.
