Previously, I used my hive blog to talk about my daily rewards on splinterlands and I have not done one in quite awhile. This is because I had gotten tired of writing about getting potions or a few credits everyday and I did not think it was quality content. In the future I may revisit these posts from time to time if I get something particularly interesting but they will no longer be a regular occurence. To replace these posts, I am going to be renting a card that I would like to own until I have earned enough to buy said card.

The first card I want in this new series is Owster Rotwell! This card is very good in the bronze league as a lot of players love to use Alric magic spam. Having a good counter to the magic strategy is important if you want to climb the leaderboards and I am currently lacking a good strategy other than to fight magic with magic.

Owsterr only costs .5 DEC a day to rent so paying for itself should not be an issue. Any extra DEC I earn beyond my rental costs will go towards my purchase. The other things that I plan to use towards this purchase is the vouchers that I am being given and any blog earnings.

At the time of writing this post, Owsterr is worth 22 dollars which is approximately 1900 DEC. That means that as of today I am 0/1900 DEC towards purchasing my own Owster. If you want to support me in this journey, feel free to follow me and to like this post!
