I decided to give up on Conflicts and open my CA Packs instead

Just a quick pack opening post for fun!
When Conclave Arcana released, I bought packs. I opened those packs. But then the Conclave Arcana Conflicts released and I obviously wanted to take a stab at it. I am not a "Splinterlands Whale" by any stretch of the imagination. But having 97 chances to win a card seemed like a good idea to 'lock up' my cards.

Well, after 7 conflicts so far I have realized that I am wasting my time and resources. Instead of locking up the best of the best CA cards in Conflicts, they would be better served working on my LAND plots. Because there at least there is a guaranteed return on investment.
But that also means I am 'unstaking' the 4 Conclave Arcana packs that I had in my Wagons!

(plus 3 Gladius Cases cause why not)
Conclave Arcana Standard Packs

Pack #1 =

$0.21 of value
Pack #2 =

$1.40 of value
Total value from 2 Standard Packs = $1.61
Conclave Arcana Alchemy Packs

Pack #1 =

$1.37 of value
Pack #2 =

$0.46 of value
Total value from 2 Alchemy Packs = $1.83
Total value from all 4 Conclave Arcana Packs = $3.44....
Cost of the packs....
1 Standard Pack = $4
1 Alchemy Pack = $12
So I spent $32 on those 4 packs and it got me less than $4 worth of cards. I know it doesn't need to be said AGAIN, but unless you got WHALE money.. it is more cost effective to purchase single cards you want then to waste money on packs.
But I do not regret buying the packs as it helps the entire Splinterlands ecosystem so win/win. However, going forwards I am buying single Conclave Arcana cards because my wallet isn't that deep!
Gladius Cases

Anything good? Nope, but that is to be expected at this point in my Splinterlands game hahaha.
At some point I should really stop having hope with pulling anything good in Splinterlands. Because this is getting ridiculous honestly.
