I am still at level 1 with my Deck so I do not have much experience to speak from but I think the card is fierce especially8 at the upper levels.

Yes, he gains more abilities at higher levels. But I think level 5 is pretty ideal for Silver League and Gold League.
Yes I agree, but currently, I am still trying to level up a couple of my Summoners 😀
