Hello guys, I hope you doing well today. Welcome back to my post. Today I will discuss with you about the ability that very powerful, even though I've underestimated with this ability.😅

We wanna discuss about an ability :
SHATTER
According to
splintercards.com, it's explained,
Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from Monsters with Shatter. In this page also gives the tips, two tips obviously :
- 😁 Useful against Armored Up ruleset
- ☹️ Useless in Unprotected ruleset

 | All Monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat. |
 | Monsters do not have any armor and do not get armor from Abilities or Summoner Buffs. |
No matter how many armors that they have, shatter ability will destroy it. So it is very useful ability and very useless ability. Depends on the situations. So, the tips above, we can conclude, if we found an Armored Up ruleset, this ability is very useful, because we can destroy their armors easily. In the other hand, if we found Unprotected ruleset at the battle, this ability is very useless, or maybe we didn't find this ruleset, but we found monsters in the opposite with no armors, this ability is also useless. So we should know it. But I have a question after that :
"WHAT IF WE FOUND THE BATTLE, WITH ARMORS AND HOLY PROTECTION?"
Is it work?
Or we should have hit first to clear the holy protection effect after that SHATTER will be work next?
FINALLY, I FOUND THE ANSWER!😁
Don't forget to watch my battle first, before you read further (I give the link in the first paragraph).
Okay this is the battle that I mentioned. In this battle we see, the rulesets are Holy Protection and Healed Out, with 18 manacap. This match are between Water element and Death Element. I used account PD07, my scholar account with Thaddius Brood and my opponent used Kelya Frendul as their summoner.
ROUND #1
This is very interesting battle. You should watch! In the first round, we did preparation. They got buff from Kelya Frendul with +1 point speeds and armors and also they got debuff from my Thaddius Brood with -1 point health (because the opponent didn't have magician, so my debuff -1 point to their magic damage is ignored).
After steps 4th, first attack was did by Ice Pixie to Cursed Windeku but still resisted by Holy Protection effect. Then Life Sapper attacked their first line and Weirding Warrior destroyed Holy Protection. And Then Soul Strangler killed Albatross without missed. After Cruel Sethropod changed Albatross place, This is the last of this round.
ROUND #2
This looping happens again. But this time, we face the tank with high armor, Cruel Sethropod, with 4 armor. Life Sapper hit on their health and then the next was an awesome attack, Weirding Warrior destroyed 4 armor of Cruel Sethropod by 1 hit. Amazing! This is the great effect of Shatter ability. You can use this ability to face Kelya Frendul with their monsters too, especially Diemonshark or when you face the opponents that use dragon with Dragon of Arnak. Okey let's continue to the fight. After the armor of Cruel was destroyed, Soul Strangler gave additional attack and that hit killed Cruel Setropod. Then my opponent's turn, Angelic Mandarin and Kulu Swimhunter attacked my tank, Cursed Windeku. It attacked Hardy Stonefish to destroyed the effect of Holy Protection, then it counterattack but it means suicide attacked, because of Thorns ability of Cursed Windeku. Oh noo! Hardy Stonefish still had 2 armors. So it can still survive in this round.
ROUND 3
Round 3 start with Ice Pixie attacked Cursed Windeku and make it dying. After that Hardy Stonefish was killed by Life Sapper. Angelic Mandarin replace Hardy Stonefish in the first position, then this is the hidden effect that I mentioned above, Weirding Warrior DESTROYED HOLY PROTECTION AND ARMOR of Angelic Mandarin by one hit. Do you know that? I knew this after I found this fight. I thought Shatter ability can destroy armor when the holy protection have shutting down. But I was wrong. This ability did it all at once. Amazing! Back to fight, Soul Strangler hit once and Kulu Swimhunter killed Cursed Windeku. This was the last of this round.
ROUND 4
In this round, Ice Pixie hit and destroyed the protection of Weirding Warrior. Then Life Sapper hit the frontliner from opposite but only make them dying, but no longer it killed by Soul Strangler. So the position are 2 vs 3.
ROUND 5
This round the opposite only has 1 monsters that active, Ice Pixie. Because Kulu Swimhunter couldn't attack. First attacked by Ice Pixie, but only decreased 1 health from Weirding Warrior. Then Life Sapper hit to clear protection and Soul Strangler destroyed their armor. This was the end of round 5.
ROUND 6
Round 6 started with Death of Weirding Warrior by Ice Pixie. Then Life Sapper and Soul Strangler launched attacks to Kulu and Killed it. We were almost at the final round.
ROUND 7 & 8 (FINAL ROUND)
This is the final round, Ice Pixie couldn't hit. But it was impossible for Ice Pixie to defeat me. So long story short. I won.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
What do you think about Shatter Ability? Do you like it guys? For me Shatter Ability is the one of my favorite ability. I often used it in some battles. Other than put Weirding Warrior, sometimes I put Radiated Scorcher level 3 in the battle.
