Tips and Tricks for Canceling all Rentals with PeakMonsters
The other day in discord someone asked the question if there was a way easily to cancel all your rentals. I answered yes and proceed to take SS of PeakMonsters and give a write up in discord. The next day I thought to myself while this is something I know there are definitely more people out there that may not the answer and why did I spend all the work doing in a discord channel when I could make a PeakD post so I can reference it when someone ask in the future.
If you want to keep up with all the PeakMonster's features Jarvie does have a YouTube channel but he'll be the first to say his channel is more for other to get the information then go out and post, stream, or do a video on it.
Canceling all Rentals
So lets dive into tips and tricks for renting with PeakMonsters.
Sets
The first thing I will talk about is sets and these work for more than just renting. You can create a set for any number of reason delegating, renting, quick transfer, etc. Right now I only have a set for the cards I rent out.
You'll start by adding the cards you want in the set to the card as you can see in the picture below. Then you click on the "SETS" button. For you can then add those cards to an existing set or in this case click "Create new set". This will take the cards in your transaction section create the set, add them to the set, and finally remove them from the transaction section.
A window will pop-up for you to name your set and create it.
Once we type in the name we want for our set then you click the create button.
Once the set is create it we can quickly and easily get all the cards for the set.
On the right hand side click on the drop down where it says "ALL SETS" then we select the "Test Set".
You will also see another drop down that right now says "IN" this mean it will select all the cards "IN" the "Test Set". We can also select all the cards "NOT IN" the "Test Set"
Once we've selected "Test Set" you can see only the cards in the set are present (though I nicely cut off the blank space below it so you can't really see). You can also see a blue check box next to where we selected "Test Sets", you can uncheck it to go back to all your card or check it to only show the cards in the selected set.
So why did we create a set, so every time we want to stop the rentals, change them, or put them up for rent we can select all the cards in our set.
Select All
Once we've selected out set we can click the "Select All" or once you click it and it selects all the cards it becomes "Unselect All" in which case clicking it again deselects the cards. This put all the cards into the transaction section or removes them all from there. These two step can be use for any action on PeakD beside renting cards.
Filters
Say you already have card renting out and / or do not want to create a set well then you can use filters.
If you scroll down on the right hand side you will see "OTHERS" under the filter options. Here we'll use "For Rent" and "Owned" options. We select "Yes" for rent and "Yes" for owned so we don't cancel any of the cards we are renting for play. If you select "No" this is also an easy way to cancel all the cards you currently have rented for play also.
After we've done this we will use the "Select All" we previously talked about to add them all to the transaction area.
Cancel All Rentals
As you can see I clicked "Select All" as it now say "Unselect All" and I have 80 cards in the transaction area.
From here you'll want to click the transaction area which will pop-up the transaction's window. Click on the renting button on the bottom to expand the additional menu items. Then we click "Stop Renting"
This will pop-up another window to confirm the cancelation, scroll down if you need to and click the "Confirm" button. You have not canceled all the cards renting.
As you can see you can also "Change Price" of the rented if they are not delegated. This is as simple as using the same above filters or sets to select the cards then use the "Delegated" filter show in the filters picture and select "No". Use the "Select All" to add them to the transaction area and click "Change Price" from the "Rent" sub menu. It will walk you through the steps to change the price.
So in this article you learned several ways to select all the cards you want to be able to cancel rentals and how to select them all into the transaction area so that you can cancel them all together instead of having to do it one by one.

Is there a way to change the price of a delegated card, so once the delegation ends, the new price will automatically update & remain listed?
No, if it is delegated out you have to cancel the rental to be able to change the price. If it's not delegated out you can use filter to pick all the cards rented and not delegated then select all of them and change the price.
Great info
