Added a GOLD foil card to my Card Collection

So today happens to be the very first day for me to win a CODEX SAGE GOLD card and I must say it looks really beautiful and adorable. I was able to claim one regular and one gold version of the same card after winning my next set of five battles on the FRONTIER league. Got lucky to claim these two foundation cards and an entry into the FORTUNE weekly draw. I now have 7 entries for this week’s FORTUNE draw and we have less than five days before this week’s draw comes to an end. The GOLD is automatically a Level 3 card and as you can see, the card has two special abilities unlike the Level 1 version of the same card that has only one ability. The armor in the GOLD card is 2, health stat is 2 and speed stat is 1 while in the regular card the armor stat is 2, health stat is 1 and the speed stat is 1.

That is the advantage of combining your cards to level them up as more abilities are likely to be unveiled when you do so. I am still looking at combining more cards when I have the time. I currently now have over 10 GOLD cards and this is a huge achievement for me. Hoping to get up to 20 GOLD cards before January runs out. It’s been a journey of consistent battling involving victories and defeats and I must confess I’m really loving the game as it has kept me cool off my brain recently. I’m actually a fan of PlayStation gaming but nowadays a day does not go by without me battling on Splinterlands and it is worth it.
